Today I did the recording for

And after that, I particpated in training as I'm part of the Hello! Project Futsal team~
It's been a whlie since I've run that much~
I really do love exercise afterall ♥
I ended up losing in a number of mini games (5 minute matches) XoX
I had to do a punishment game of doing more than 30 situps ^ヮ^;
Man, my muscles will ache tommorow ^ヮ^;
But it feels good cause I started sweating so it's OK
Today I'll fall sound asleep ^ヮ^
